One of the key aspects that set us apart is the investment in fully automated multi-bobbin interleaving machines, and fully automated watermarking to gumming to slitting and rewinding machines. These machines form the heart of our operations and are what gave birth to our rolling paper manufacturing division. With these technologies, we are able to provide consistent, high-quality products while ensuring efficiency in every step of the process—from the production of the paper to the assembly of the final product.
Our journey began with SK Concepts Ltd, a leader in the printing industry. The printing expertise developed in SK Concepts became the foundation for Star Rolls. As a printing company, SK Concepts mastered technologies such as digital print, lithographic print, UV, PMS matching, foiling, and laminating. These advanced capabilities enabled us to handle the outer surface of products, like the booklet covers, to the highest standards. Seeing the opportunity to expand into rolling papers, Star Rolls was born to focus on the inner part of the product, using our printing expertise to create flawless booklet covers and then assembling them into premium custom rolling papers. This top-down approach allowed us to conquer the niche with unparalleled precision and quality.
